Vision Statement: To help to bring about, through prayer and praise, the fullness of God's Kingdom. To know Jesus, in a personal way, and know the love He has for us. To give glory to the Father as we do His will through Jesus, God made man, by serving Him in each other. To pray for our members, our parish, the archdiocese, the State, the Country and the World, so that in Jesus' name peace will reign here on Earth as it does in Heaven.
Mission Statement: To Serve God and do God's will by our growth in the Spiritual and Corporal works of mercy.
Our primary focus is on the Spiritual works, balanced with outreach to the local community's corporal needs. To be able to perform spiritual works, we must ourselves grow in the spirit. We must be deeply engrossed in the practice of our spiritual lives. We must have a variety of methods of spiritual development at our disposal;
Books, Tapes, Scripture, Personal sharing, Teachings at Monday night meetings, Attendance at large conferences, taking advantage of Workshops offered by the CRS office, Retreats. Life in the Spirit Seminars and Basic Christian Maturity seminars put on by us, or by other prayer groups.
Corporal Focus (Outreach) is achieved by distribution of the weekly "love offerings" from our regular meetings, to the St. Vincent de Paul Society; to St. Theresa's parish to aid an “adopted” needy child through the Christian Foundation for Children and Aged, and the Arch Diocese Charismatic Renewal Services office. In addition, we have pledged special help to the House of Hope by weekly contributions of pocket change and an annual Christmas offering.

Business Issues
The business meetings, to discuss outreach, financial health, future plans for special meetings, Life in the Spirit Seminars, Retreats and internal affairs, are held quarterly, instead of the Prayer and Praise Session portion of the regular Monday night meeting. These are open (and encouraged) to all regular members of the prayer group, and all ministry leaders are expected to attend. Meetings are chaired by the ministry leaders, rotated from time to time.
